No, the seller or developer fully pays for my services as a buyer’s agent. You get full guidance and market access at no cost to you.
CAN I BUY PROPERTY IN SPAIN IF I DON’T LIVE HERE?
Yes. You don’t need to be a resident. I work with clients from all over the world and guide them remotely through every step, including video tours, paperwork, and legal checks.
WHAT OTHER COSTS SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN BUYING?
On top of the property price, budget around 10 - 13% for taxes (like ITP or VAT), legal fees, notary, and registration. I’ll break it all down for you clearly, no surprises.
CAN YOU SHOW ME ANY PROPERTY OR JUST THE ONES YOU LIST?
I’m fully independent and have access to every property on the market, including resale homes and all new developments, Malaga City to Sotogrande.
