Hi, I’m George Igor Nayda, founder of Columbus Estates S.L.
Over the past eight years, since 2017, I’ve helped more than 1,500 buyers from 52 countries secure homes on the Costa del Sol, from Málaga City to Sotogrande.
But that’s just the surface.
From Singapore to Marbella
I didn’t start with real estate in Spain.
I started in Singapore, diving into the world of alternative investments. That’s where I first learned how capital moves, how markets behave, and what investors really look for when risk meets opportunity.
It shifted everything.
Eventually, I found my calling on the Costa del Sol.
From here, I began promoting and selling an off-plan development in Brazil to European investors…
a role that taught me how to sell cross-border, across cultures, and often sight unseen.
After a year of doing that, I shifted my focus to the Costa del Sol local real estate market.
I spent over five years with one of the region’s largest real estate agencies, helping hundreds of clients navigate local property deals.
But it wasn’t the transactions that kept me in the game; it was the transformation.
It wasn’t the sales that pulled me in.
It was the psychology.
